Item 1: Minutes from the January 27^th Research Council Meeting

• Minutes were reviewed and approved

Item 2: Minors on Campus Policy (Lon Moeller, Josey Bathke, Emily Robnett)

• Lon Moeller discussed the background of the Minors on Campus policy, the Research Council’s previous comments on the policy, and the revised version of the policy
• Research Council discussed hypothetical scenarios and applications of the proposed policy suggesting several wording changes
• Suggestions for changes can continue via email. The goal is to have the policy finalized by the end of March and ready to submit for consideration to those who charged the policy committee
